The study of technological and physical and chemical properties of hyaluronic acid (HA) and its salts and development on their bases in combination with thiotriazoline, scientifically grounded composition of soft drug form for treatment of wounds in the second and third phases of wound process, which has high biological accessibility and sufficient stability of storage - are the purpose of the dissertation work. On the basis of technological, physical and chemical, biopharmaceutical and biological research results was first scientifically grounded optimum composition and technology of the ointment on an emulsive base with zinc salt of HA and thiotriazoline for application on the second and third phases of wound process. Properties of water solutions of HA and its zinc, sodium, copper salts were first studied, that gave possibility to predict their influence on structure-mechanical properties of the emulsive drug forms. The qualitative and quantitative methods of determination of thiotriazoline and zinc salt of HA in medicine have been developed. Technology of production of the developed ointment in industrial terms was discovered and approved at first time. The projects of AND on the ointment and technological regulation were developed.
