The dissertation is devoted to the research of axiological aspect's social time of Ukrainian ethnos. The structure of social time is show in establish of system's social attitudes mechanism' of public relations, which may to support an ordered, rhythmic sequence, and to change it through the sense like super rhythm. The positive and perspective manifestations of social time are possible for situation of making improvements to spiritually-religion perfection.
