In work consequences of damage in liver of rats are considered at separate and combined effect of alcohol and endotoxin intestinal microflora in different periods of an alcoholic intoxication: 30-, 90-, 180 day. The morphological changes in liver of rats and state of free - radical processes were studied at a chronic alcoholic intoxication. Was expressed hepatoprotective effect placed at application of a concentrate "Enoant" bound from it antioxidative properties. Its efficiency was shown at alcoholic disease of the liver. The received results are representing practical interest for complex treatment of alcoholic defeats of the liver and also medical-social rahabilitation of patients with alcoholic disease.
