Essay

The dissertation is concerned with study of ionizing radiation effect in small doses as well, as heavy metals salts on rats liver in circumstances of an isolated action of these factors and their combinations. Thus they have found that ionizing radiation in doses of 0,1 Gr, 0,2 Gr, 0,3 Gr and saturation microcirculation disorders, progress of grainy and fatty dystrophy in liver cells, accompanied by destruction and changes in a liver chemical composition. The degree of manifestation of these transformations depends on radiation dose and time of heavy metals salts saturation. The employment of mexidolum antioxidant reduces a detrimental effect of radiation and heavy metals salts assuming their isolated action on a liver.
