Object of research: processes of quality and contents management project creation the complex technics. Purpose of research: diminution of terms and improvement of quality project creation the complex technics by means models and methods of shaping and checking requirements. Models and methods of system approach, set-theoretic approach, probability theory, graph theory, morphological analysis, programming language of the regular schemes of the system models.
