The dissertation is dedicate to development of resources-saving technology of gear pump repair for a repair dimension used reconstruction of its gears by the contact welding-on of wear-resistant compositions powdered materials with next thermocyclical treatment that gives the possibility of increasing of pumps durability and decreasing of expenses to its repair. In theoretical part advanced reasons for the necessity and possibility of gear pumps repair for a repair dimension. In experimental part determined the composition of powdered material: 50% ПГ-ФБХ-6-2 + 40% КХНП-20 + 10% TiС and the optimal conditions of the contact welding-on: value of current impulse I=14,0 kA, pressure of powder pressing - P=37,0 MPa, time of current impulse t=0,4 sec and number of cycles of thermocyclical treatment - n=6, with which is achieved the maximal strength of engagement of coating with base. Used the resources bench accelerated tests is determined that the wear-resistance of gear pumps corps, which work in the engagement with gears restored by the contact welding-on of powder in composition 50% ПГ-ФБХ-6-2 + 40% КХНП-20 + 10% TiС, exceeds in 1,4 times the wear resistance of corps during work in the engagement with serial gears. Wear resistance of the gears that restored with the contact welding-on used the powder of this composition, excess the wear resistance of serial gears in 3,83 times. On the whole the wear resistance of radial engagement in 1,92 times more high as serial, that became material basis of increase of gamma- resource of the pump, repaired on technology, that is offered, to 3927 hours, that on 31 % higher than a serial pump.
