Essay

New approach to solving of the problem of vehicles repair efficiency increasing due to repair and maintenance actions system (RMAS) improvement and to the substantiation of content and periodicity of running repair through replacement of worn parts with consideration for dynamics of basic diesel engines technical and economical parameters has been given in the dissertation. Complex parameters, characterizing technical state of diesel engine and its parts are power, fuel rate and oil consumption for burning loss. Mathematical model of determination of diesel engines basic technical and economical parameters dynamics in the process of diesel engine operation with consideration for the parameters stabilization period has been substantiated. Based on research of vehicles diesel engines maintenance fund, of ground and climatic regional conditions influence on the character of wear, basic parts wear equation and average operating time till critical state of diesel engines before and after repair, used inthe South of Ukraine, have been determined. Original technique of determination of diesel engine technical and economical parameters dynamics and diesel engine limiting value and influence engine basic parts and joints technical state on them has been developed and approved. Entire function of optimal engine maintenance intervals, their content and quantity determining with consideration for dynamics of technical and economical parameters and also functional dependence of periodicity, quantity and content of carried out in the process of operation repair actions influence on indexes of power, fuel rate and oil consumption for burning losses have been found.
