Essay

The social and philosophical analysis of a phenomenon of moral-legal conformism as one of the widespread forms of deformation of social consciousness is made. The phenomenon of moral-legal conformism in the ontological and gnosiological aspect is considered in several aspects: in "world-system" aspect as process of integration of Ukraine into the world community; at internal transformation level of society; and also at a level of interrelation "own-another's". The influence of such concepts as «morals», «morality», and «legality» on formation of social consciousness and occurrence of moral-legal conformism is analyzed.
