Kchrimly I. Morals and right as regulation of relations in modern Ukrainian society

The thesis is devoted to study the social - philosophic analysis of morals and right as phenomena of social reality in the period of globalization and transformation. Research contains many questions, connected with theoretically - philosophic interpretation of these phenomena, their interaction, interrelation and correlation in the beginning of the new century. The principal features of morals and right are examined on the base of the dialectical method of synergetic and comparatevistick during the global process, the main tendencies of their development are defined in Ukraine. It's investigated common and different of such components of moral and legal systems, as standard. Peculiarities of the mechanism of moral and legal regulation are analysed in the transit period of socially - historical development of our country.
