Yavnikov N. Improvement of cattle leukosis diagnostics

Object of investigations: diagnostics of bovine leucosis. Purpose of investigations: development of means of immune-enzyme diagnostics of cattle leucosis. Methods of investigations: epizootological, virological, serological, immunological, molecular-genetic and statistical. Equipment: thermostats, refrigerators, low-speed and ultra-speed centrifuges, light and electronic microscopes, refractometer, spectrophotometers, chromatographic columns, amplifier, electrophoresis apparatus, microdispensers. Theoretical and practical results: it has been set, that the most specific immune-enzyme diagnostic system was received at the use of recombinant antigens gp 51 і p24 as an antigen. At use of the developed test-system for investigation of field samples of blood sera there was revealed 7,5-22,1 % more seropositive animals than at use of AGID. Novelty: an immune-enzyme test-system is developed for the exposure of antibodies to the leucosis virus. Degree of introduction: technical conditions of the test-system are registered at the State Enterprise Ukrmetrteststandart. Sphere of use: veterinary medicine.
