Sovetska T. Coming into being and development of rural business undertakings in Ukraine (the middle of 80-ths XX-XXI centuries)

Within the framework of special exploration on enlisting basis of little-known and put into scientific circulation sources for the first time, the activity problem of body-production structures in Ukrainian agrarian realm in the period we have already told and also the problem of rural inhabitants, organizing their activity on business principles were mastered. The transformation of conceptions in lawful base in rural area of Ukraine was disclosed. Such traits as inconsistency, declared support and insufficient financial maintenance on the side of state were peculiar to these conceptions. The attention to the role of business in creating of production base and social structure of the county side was given. Besides the stages and peculiarities of business coming-to-be in agrarian sector were distinguished. It was explored, since the middle of 80-ths of XX century the reformation of agrarian sector has begun. It experienced radical changes. With the development of new management and property forms as a result of business activity new body-production structures have appeared. They contribute to the formation average class in the countryside, which is the warrant of successful economic development of state.
