Object: the interaction and adaptability by structure change of Drosophila melanogaster genotypes. Aim: the studing of coadaptivity level of mutant genes cn and vg with allelic gene Adh and influence of mutant genes cn and vg in different genetype conditions on adaptively components and function contens of locus Adh of D. mеlanogaster. Novelty: the complex studing of adaptability of lynes, beetwen-lynes hybrids and mutant forms cn and vg with change genetypes by becross were received. Results: the fact of possible realization of pleotropic effect of morphological mutations cn and vg by direct of modifications of functional position of allelic genes products Adh locus was determined; the coadaptivity of mutant genes cn and vg with some allelles of Adh locus, its assotiativitily and of its linkage irregularity was established. Application stage: the flies with substitute genotypes as models using in the genetic investigations. Application area: research establishments and higt school of MES and NAS of Ukraine
