Zhuravel V. 3. Modeling of activity of city out-patient stomatologic service on the basis of a control system of quality ISO 9001

Research object: activity of city ambulatory stomatological service.Purpose: to develop and conceptually ground directions of restructuring of city ambulatory stomatological service on principles of the control of standard of ISO quality system 9001.Research methods: a historical method, functionally-structural analysis, comparative and statistical analysis, questionnaire, is the system and процесний approach, mathematical design and programmatic-having a special purpose. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in тому, that first in Ukraine:- five basic groups of analytical critera-signs of description of activity of the system/industry are set, namely social, legal, economic, statistical, technological which the features of chronology of development of stomatological service are exposed after; - it is developed and ground conceptual model of organization and management of city ambulatory stomatological service on principles of the basic requirements of standard of ISO 9001, principles of domestic medicine, restructuring and decentralization;- certainly and approaches and mechanisms are described in relation to the unique stomatological /medical - diagnostic route of patient with the purpose of providing of the following, accordance and quality of stomatological help; - the scientifically-methodical providing of organizational forms and mechanisms of activity of city ambulatory stomatological service is developed in accordance with the fragments of resulted its conceptual model of restructuring; - new approaches are offered to the sources and mechanisms of financial accompaniment of stomatological help to the population;- it is ground is adapted variant of chart of the control of stomatological help/favour quality system on the basis of standard of ISO 9001;- recommendations are developed in relation to introduction in Ukraine of chart of activity of city ambulatory stomatological service on principles of the system, domestic medicine and standard of ISO 9001. Practical value of the got results.
