The dissertation is devoted to the study of influence of dynamic postures routine on to psychosomatic characteristics of adaptive teenager potential. There are some mechanisms discovered that provide the growth of adaptive potential of teenager organism, who had changed body posture while studying. It was find out considerable extension (enlargement) oxygen -containing systems, which became apparent in myocard intensification inotropism, growth of criterion efficacy of cardiac muscle, and also in rise of power reserves, in mobilization and efficacy of breath system. In the course of researches there was found out that the dynamic positioning was determinated of high sociable, intellectual and psychomotor scholars activity, which stipulate efficacious psychological adaptation. This adaptation represents one of the preconditions of rising scholar psychosomatic health. Model, which has built with the help of structure equations, alouds to determinate the character of adaptation potential forming on inter-system level to provide physiological parts of teenagers psychosomatic health. Under dynamic working regime there is a specific tuning to external stimulus with the help of existing before adaptive programs.
