Polshakov I. Methods and models of project adaptation in the project-oriented organizations

The dissertation is devoted to solving the scientific task of development of methods and models of project adaptation in the project-oriented organizations. The model of adaptation of projects and their management in the multiproject environment in the project-oriented organizations under its strategy has been developed. The model of formation of project portfolios in the multiproject environment in adaptation conditions by key criteria has been developed. The model of strategy of the project-oriented organization and projects according to the key parameters (cost, time, catastrophe-stability) has been worked out. The method of formation of project portfolios in the multiproject environment under the strategy of innovative development of project-oriented organization has been worked out. Carried out researches have allowed to develop an effective adaptive information control system of projects in the project-oriented organization. Work results will allow to operate risks in projects in the multiprojectenvironment and to form a project portfolio in the project-oriented organization. The efficiency of the developed hardware-software complex of information system is calculated.
