Nazarenko V. Psychological conditions of the communicative competence development of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine senior officials

In the thesis psychological essence of the notions “office-business communication of the leader of the Borderguard Service of Ukraine” and “communicative competence of the leader of the Borderguard Service of Ukraine in office and business communication” have been varified; the requirements for leaders’ communicative competence have been substantiated scientifically; concept model and practical recommendations on its development have been worked out. It has proved that the main psychological conditions of leader’s communicative competence are the following: realization of interdiction between the level of personal communicative competence and effectiveness of office-business interaction; independent determination of goals, content and the results of education; correlation of the theory with available personal problems in office-business interaction; combination of office-business situation solving with sensitive training; active interaction of the members of office-business situations solving simultanious improvement of productive and reproductive constituents of communicative competence influenced upon its development of leaders.
