Essay

On the basis of detailed research of chemical structure and physical-chemical properties of ground water with content of iron the technology of their treatment is developed. It is marked, that widespread method of removing iron from underground water is filtration through filled loading with 10m/h filtration speed. The suggested cellular cordierite loading allows increasing filtration velocity and reducing loss of head. It is developed an engineering method of calculation of the basic technological parameters of cellular cordierite filter. The effect of clearing achieves 86-96%. In work the mechanism of process of iron removing of ground water on cellular cordierite loading is investigated, technological parameters of process are established.
