Essay

Due to the complex of modern methods of morphologic examination a comprehensive study of the pampiniform plexus and testicular veins anatomy as well as dynamics of changes of their topography in the perinatal period of human ontogenesis have been studied; the author’s and available data concerning topographic anatomical peculiarities of the testicular venous system and its relations with the veins of the surrounding organs and structures have been specified worked out in details and systematized. The most substantial results deal with the determination of anatomical changes of the testicular veins in the early period of ontogenesis, their interrelation with somatotypes and angles of confluence of the testicular veins into the inferior hollow (right) and left renal veins. The critical periods of development of the vascular testicular channel have been defined. For the first time detailed graphic reconstructions of the testicular veins and spermatic cord of various periods of the human prenatal development have been made; they enlarge modern conception about spatial-temporal organization of the examined structures.
