Merenkova E. Condition of aggregative capacity of platelets in patients with chronic inflammatory lung disease

Thisi s present materials of aggregative capacity of platelets with method of laser aggregometry of 131 in patients with chronic inflammatory lung disease. It was proved platelet that in patients with nonspecific inflammatory lung diseases, tuberculosis with expressed signs of activity of inflammatory process, malignant lung neoplasm's considerable frequency of increasing of aggregative capability of trombocytes has been observed. In COPD patients and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis beside hyperaggegation of trombocytes considerable number of cases of hypoaggegation. It was proved in tests in vitro, that fenspiride, sorbilact and reosorbilact has got antiaggregatory effect. Method of laser aggregometry was proposed for investigation of antiaggregatory properties of medicines. It was proved that platelet aggregation indices are characterized by weakly reproducibility. It was proved that increased platelet aggregability is observed in patients with increased hemoconcentration. This group of patients was suggested to use intravenous infusion of reosorbilact.
