Essay

Thesis is devoted to studying morphological reconstruction peculiarities of the heart chambers and vessels of white rats (males) in case of Amanita phalloides poisoning and establishment of their dependence on the hemodynamical types. The author for the first time, studied the complex features of structural reconstruction of healthy animals’ heart chambers, depending on the hemodynamical types. The toxins of Amanita phalloides led to heart defect at all levels of its structural organization. Expressed disproportionate dilatation of heart chambers with violation of correlations between their spatial characteristics prevailed for rats with the hyperkinetic hemodynamical type. Poison of Amanita phalloides caused changes of heart chambers’ volume characteristics: the reserve volumes of right and left heart ventricles were diminished considerably. In the modelled pathology conditions, secretory activity of atrial cardiac hystiocytes were diminished in comparison with control. Сhanges were strongly pronounced in case of the hyperkinetic hemodynamical type.
