Essay

In the thesis the author gives a detailed analysis of the whole complex of the problems which have appeared as a result of the rapid growth of the technological press on agricultural lands, especially arable lands, during the agricultural intensification of the 60-80-ies of the XX-th century in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. It is pointed out that the development of the negative processes which led to the reduce of the ground natural renewal possibilities and socio ecological problems initiated the libertarianist decisions of the highest power bodies.
