Object of the research: venous system of head of the human?s fetus of 16-36 weeks of development. Purpose of the research: studying of features of a structure and connections of dural sinuses of the skull base with venous plexuses of face during human antenatal development. Methods of research: include an injection of vessels of a brain, preparation, corrosion, a stereo- and morphometric, macro- and microphotographing, variational statistical processing of a material. Practical significance of the obtained findings: the received results of research are of interest for experts who study theoretical and practical aspects of a problem of brain blood circulation. Scientific novelty of the received results: for the first time the sequence and law of development of dural sinuses of the skull base, their connections the ophthalmic veins and pterygoideus plexus are established. Degree of introduction: main thesis and conclusions of dissertational work were inculcated into educational process and research workon morphological departments of Lugansk, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankovsk, Vinnitsa, Ternopol National State medical Universities. Sphere of application: anatomy, neurosurgery, neonatology.
