The object of the research is the technological process of the service of the cargo owners at transport units; the amiss to research is the improvement of the relations between the subjects of the transport markets and the increase of the efficiency of the transport service of the cargo owners at transport units; the methods are linear and discreet programming, the methods of the expert valuations theory, the gualimetry, the theory of Petri's nets; the scientific novelty: at first it was developed the model of operation of regionnal distributive centres (RDC) of transport unit with the help of Petri's nets and the methodic for determination of the additional payments for the reduction of the dwell-time of freights in the transport units with the help of RDC, at first it was proposed the improvement of transport service of the cargo owners at transport units to be performed at rationalization of technological and logistic parameters and to value it according to the effect for all members to the logisticchain; the results are that the developed model and methodics; the main results has been applied at the station Kharkiv - Lisky of the South Railway; the field is the railway and automobile cargo delivery
