Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of land reforms in Chernigiv province in 1917 - 1921 yrs. Tasks put conditioned the historical sources systematic analyses of wide range, especially archives documents and periodicals. The author has considered province's agriculture before the autocracy's overthrow. Comparative analyses of means, forms, methods and consequences of land problem solution by central governments, that ruled on Chernigiv territory at the definite period, Provisional Government and Central Rada, Hetmanate of P. Skoropadsky, Directory, A. Denikin, bolsheviks was employed in the research.
