Essay

This dissertation is devoted to increase of the efficiency of sorting stations work with providing of saving of resources by means of improvement of the technology of work. For this reason the technology of work as well as the technical equipment of sorting stations was analyzed in this dissertation. Besides, the main reasons were revealed because of which the time of staying of carriages at a station increases. In this dissertation the complex of models was worked out, which allows to shorten the time when rolling stock remains at the station waiting the fulfillment of technological operations. It obtained due to using flexible technology of processing of trains at the adjoining stations. Besides, this complex of models allows providing rational level of employment of facilities due to determination of the necessary quantity of them.
