Lavriv P. Peculiarities of physiological processes and productivity of lactating cows during their feeding with mixtures of high protein content аt different level of nitrates in the ration.

A research object: dairy cows, physiology processes, indexes of proteometabolism of arterial and venous blood, liver and milk. The purpose of research: to learn physiologicа features of proteometabolism and nitrous matters in the organism of milk cows with long duration of feeding with vetch-oat-peas mixtures at the different level of nitrates in a ration. For achievement of this purpose it is necessary to solve the following tasks: - to study the peculiarities of proteometabolism and dynamics of nitrogenous matters for long-and short-term period of feeding the milch cows with vetch-oat-pea mixture at the different level of nitrates in a ration;- to define activity of aminotransferase in a blood at the different level of nitrates in a ration;- to define the influence of different amount of nitrates which are contained in a vetch-oat-pea mixture on the clinical state, milk productivity of cows and their dynamics in the blood of cows; - to discover the influence of different level of nitrates in the ration of milk cows on the physical and chemical indexes of milk;- to explore the dynamics of haematological indexes at the different level of nitrates in cows; - to ground economic efficiency of milk productivity of cows with feeding them with vetch-oat-peas mixtures at the different level of nitrates in them. Methods of research and apparatus: physiological, biochemical, zootechnic, clinical, mathematical; centrifuge, microscope, spectrophotometer-16, FEC, device for еlektroforesis, device for measuring of maintenance of nitrates. Theoretical and practical results, novelty – the features of physiologiса processes of proteometabolism are first discovered in the organism of milk cows of short- and long-term feeding them with high-protein vetch-oat-peas mixtures at the different level of nitrates in rations. It was suggested the direction of milk yield increase and improvement of its yield qualite internalss yields due to the increase in it of albumen and casein by feeding the milk cows with high-protein mixtures, reared by the optimum bringing in soil the organic fertilizer (pus) in combination with granular superphosphate and potassium sulfate and separately ammoniac saltpetre, that caused to normalization of metabolites of proteometabolism in blood and functional state of liver and other organs. It was defined that mixtures that were reared with the use of ammoniac saltpetre with maintenance of 227,8 mg of nitrates on the kg of green mass did not violate the physiologіcal and biochemical indexes of blood and functional state of liver of cows, promoted the growth of maintenance of albumen and casein in milk. Subject and the level of providing: methodical recommendations are developed in relation to the correction of the use of vetch-oat-peas mixtures with the different level of nitrates for feeding milk cows and increase of their productivity, which are ratified by Scientific and Technical Counsil of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.The results of work are introduced into in 3 economies of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil regions. Sphere (field) of using: the economies of different pattern of ownership of Ukraine, which are engaged in production of milk and higher educational establishments which carry out preparation of biottechnologists of production of stock-raisings products and doctors of veterinary medicine. Developed: the results of the research are introducted in 3 economies of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil regions.
