Lisova N. Immune and physiological status of calves during the application of antimicrobial preparations and immunomodulators

The object of research – the immune status of calves of 2-4 monthly ages in conditions of application antimicrobial and immunomodulant preparations. The purpose of research – the research of immune status in calves in during the application of antibiotics at their separate and joint application with immunomodulators Methods of research and apparatus – physiological, hematological, immunological, biochemical. A microscope, chamber of Horyaeva, photoelectrocolorymetr, refractometer, chamber for electrophoresis, centrifuge, sets chemical reagents. Theoretical and practical results, novelty – are given a theoretical substantiation of the approaches to immune correction on the basis of classification of antibiotics by a cell penetration degree. Is carried out complex researches of immune protection in calves in view of their clinical condition in during the application of different antibiotics and immunomodulators of a different origin. Are established the deviation changes of protein and cellular immune status factors, which characterize a condition 2-4 - monthly calves. Established that it is possible to correct the immune protection in calves during application of antibiotics of RBS preparation, which facilitates the stabilization of physiological and immune condition of calves.
