Tolochko Y. Prosecutors supervision on observance of laws at investigation of environmental crimes.

The thesis deals with the prosecutors supervision on observance of laws by the structures, conducting operative search, inquiry and pretrial investigation in cases of environmental crimes. The work examines legal nature, object and legal foundations of prosecutors supervision at the pretrial investigation, prosecutors tasks and powers in supervision on observance of laws at investigation of environmental crimes; the tactic and methods of prosecutorial supervisions activity in a cases of environmental crimes; the optimization ways and rating criteria of prosecutors supervision at pretrial investigation efficiency are proposed. The propositions for improvement of the Law of Ukraine On a Public Prosecution, Criminal Procedural Code and Prosecutors General orders are formulated.
