The thesis researches the problem of perfection of the professionally applied physical training of students of higher technical educational establishments, which use computer technologies in the process of teaching. The aim of the research was to determine and ground the methods of professionally-oriented applied physical training of students of technical schools of higher learning on the basis of the complex structure of their motive and psychophysiological preparedness.The author program of the professionally-oriented applied physical training which is instrumental in the development of basic motive qualities (general stamina, force, speed), basic functional systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous) and professional important psychophysiological properties (attention, exactness of motions, feeling of time, reaction speed, emotional stability) is developed.
