Boyko Y. The social philosophical analysis of community and civil society establishment as factors of society spiritual development (on example of Ukraine).

The dissertation research is devoted to problem of social philosophical analysis of community and civil society phenomena. They are proposed to be defined as historical form of social political institutes, which are independent from state structures, able to self organize themselves and to provide active lobbing of juridical collective interests. The strict definition of terms, both close and binary opposed to term “civil society”, was made, which enables to fully describe the content of researched phenomena. The systematical historical approach to civil organizations and their axiological dimension understanding, demonstrating the dependence between practice social type and its axiological content, is proposed.
