Essay

Object of investigations - atypical mycobacteria, tuberculosis agents M. bovis and M. avium, disinfectants, stock buildings. Purpose of work - to develop the receipt of new disinfectants and to stude their physicochemical, toxicological and bactericidal characteristics in comparison with existent disinfectants for disinfection at tuberculosis. Methods of investigation - allergic, cultural, postmortem, bacteriological, physicochemical, toxicological, statistical. Novelty - new disinfectants "DESU-SU" and "DZPT-1" have been developed. These disinfectants have high bactericidal characteristics concerning agents of tuberculosis M. bovis, M. avium and atypical mycobacteria. Conditions of application: "DESU-SU" (concentrate, exposition 3-24 hours), "DZPT-1" (reactant concentration - 3%, exposition 5-24 hours). Bactericidal characteristics concerning tuberculosis have been determined at 7 foreign and 7 domestic disinfectants of different chemical compounds. Regulations of application of 6 the most effective preparations for disinfection have been developed: "Virkon S","Virocide", "Septodor-forte", "Vetamin", "Delakson", "Kristall-1000". Practical results - for conducting of prophylactic and compelled at tuberculosis there were proposed for production disinfectants "DESU-SU" and "DZPT-1". There have been developed regulations of application of three foreign preparations ("Virkon S", "Virocide", "Septodor-forte") and three domestic preparations ("Vetamin", "Delakson", "Kristall-1000"). Materials of the dissertation are used in the curriculum at the Kharkiv State Zooveterinary Academy. Sphere of use - veterinary medicine.
