Essay

It is studied reo- and adenovirus infection in birds and aspects of infectious bronchitis immunization in work. The object of study was a definition of birds reo- and adenovirus circulation and their influence on infectious bronchitis immunization using serological, biochemical, virusological and histomorphological methods. For the first time it was established spreading of adeno- and reovirus infection on poultry farm in south-east region of Ukraine. It was identified and studied biological properties of reo-and adenovirus isolates in different biological systems, proved its immunosupression to vaccine strains of infectious bronchitis virus. Novetly of work out is protected with two patents on Ukraine useful model. Based on study results worked out " Methodical recommendation on estimation of reo- and adenoviruses circulation influence on infectious bronchitis vaccination". Proposed and introduced immunisation scheme in birds against infectious bronchitis on background of reo- and adenovirus circulation in poultry farms with egg or meat productivity divection.
