Об'єкт дослідження - is selfactualization of minor as the рsychological-legal phenomenon. Мета дисертації - is exposure of psychological features of selfactualization at teenagers which find out propensity to the conduct, and development of legal-psychological principles of prophylaxis and correction of conduct of minor. Методи дослідження - is treatment, generalization, analysis and systematization of scientific sources; analysis of document, diagnostic methods. Наукова новизна - it is well-proven that the phenomenon of selfactualization is key in becoming of personality as individuality in teens; the rich in content parameters of selfactualization of personality are set both in space of individual variants of age-old development and taking into account certain individual features in the context of prosocial and conduct. Практичне значення - it is expedient to draw on complex of рsychological measures offered in dissertation in practical activity by the teachers of educational establishments and specialists, which are engaged in the problems of prevention and correction conduct of minor - workers of criminal militia of in matters minor, service of district inspectors of militia, criminal inspection of the State department of Ukraine, on the questions of implementation of punishments.
