Breus S. The increase of state economic security level on the basis of industry technological restructuring

Dissertation is devoted to development of conceptual bases of the economic security increase of Ukraine on the basis of the industry technological restructuring. The aggregate of definition of innovative-technological security questions is developed; the threats which are caused by the industry imperfect technological structure are exposed. Conceptual bases of the industry technological restructuring of Ukraine are developed, with the purpose of the competitiveness level increase and of the economic state security level, the stages of the industry technological restructuring are certain. The method of innovative-technological security indicators calculation is improved, the method of innovative projects choice with the criterion of investments volumes minimization and terms of innovative process realization in the concrete terms of taxation is also improved, the method of select projects influence on economic state security level is offered. The conclusions of the thesis have theoretical and practicalvalues for the state industrial policy substantiation taking into account the requirements of innovative-technological security safeguarding.
