Vasilchuk T. Restoration and development of system of higher education in Ukraine (1943-1950)

The object of research: the system of higher education of Ukraine. The aim of research: to analyze the process of the restoration of higher education of Ukraine in the post-war period; to analyze the progress and problem in this sphere. The subject of research: the process of the restoration and of the further development of higher education of Ukraine in the post-war period. Methods of research: historical-genetic, historical, logical, structural-functional. Theoretical results and novelty: the tendency of the revival of material base of high school and restoration of educational process, development of scientific researches, work on increase of quantity of students and the professorial structure, improvement of quality of higher education were analyzed. The questions of influence of political processes on system of higher education and formation of the worldoutlook points of students have been researched. The sphere of use: the teaching of courses on the history of Ukraine, special courses on the history of the education in Ukraine, preparing the scientific works and training appliances of the social-political and mental life in the Ukraine of the post-war period.
