Essay

The dissertation thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the present-day problems of social and philosophical doctrine of Orthodoxy. A conception which allows investigating the main point and genesis of these problems is proposed. Within the basis of this concept there is an idea of axiological determination of social and philosophical doctrine of Orthodoxy. Then a necessity of its investigation as an integral ideological system comes to light. The work gives us a description of methodological principles, specifies the conceptual and categorical apparatus of social and philosophical doctrine of Orthodoxy, and considers peculiarities of the orthodox social tradition and its specific transformation in postmodern society.
