Zozula O. Conformities to the law of development and structure of atrio-ventricular valves of heart in prenatal and postnatal ontogenesis.

The thesis is dedicated to the study of conformities to the law of development and features of structure of atrio-ventricular valves of heart in prenatal and postnatal ontogenesis. The complex of morphological methods which includes immunohistochemical research of 96 preparations of atrio-ventricular valves of heart are studied. The changes of forming of atrio-ventricular valves of heart are first shown, by formation of endocardial pil-lows of the atrio-ventricular opening, epithelial-mesenchymic transformations, delamination of wall of the atrio-ventricular opening and formation of delaminational plate. With the use of immunohistochemical methods (marker CD 34) specified information about the location of bloods vessels in the leaves of atrio-ventricular valves. The age-old dynamics of structures of atrio-ventricular valves of heart is first set in ontogenesis, and also conformities to the law of these changes are certain.
