Zapukhlyak N. Human-geographical principles of functioning of labour market and employment of population (on example of the Ivano-Frankovsk region)

In dissertation the theoretical and methodological grounds ground of research of problems of functioning of labour market or region are presented from human-geographical position. The algorithm of research of problems of labour market and employment of population is developed taking into account the combined influencing of local condition and factors. Certainly basic lines of publicly geographical approach to the study of market of labour, which includes the analysis of naturally resource and production features of territory, as natural and socially economic basis of forming of production features of territory, as natural and socially economic basis of forming of market of workplaces and features of flowing geodemografic processes which determine forming of suggestion of labour within the limits of the Ivano-Francovsk region. Found out the modern tendencies of employment that dependence of its structure on changes in economic specialization of area, place in territorial division of labour. Influence ofmigratory factor is analysed on the modern state of regional market of labour.
