Perekhrest I. Medikal-sanitary consequences of the Great Patriotic War for the Ukrainian population and their liquidation of the post-war period (1943-1950).

The work is dedicated to the complex research of the medical-sanitary consequences of the Greft Patriotic Wap and occupation and principal measures of their liquidation. On the basis of the examintd sources the level of ruination of the medical sanitary sphere of Ukraine is defined. The main steps in the reconstruction of all subdivisions in the health strvice and industry of national economy which made for the adjusting the sanitary oroler in republik are considered. The author characterized some asppects of the state policy of the Soviet government during the post-war period, which were aimed at the social protection of people who sutfered most of all. Advantages and shortages of the totalitarian system which influenced the reorganization processes in medical sanitary sphere are defined.
