Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of design of the reliability parameters procedures of parallel structures such as " k from n " (where ). Using significant statistical material, based on the experimental data of the elements failures and modeling of the elements and systems reliability, it is shown, that a technique developed on the basis of fundamental theorems of probability theory, the theory of functions of random arguments and usage of the diffusive non-monotonic distribution lead to determination of the reliability parameters estimations of investigated systems with minimal methodical errors.
