Essay

There are studied specific features of the process of pasteurellosis of rabbits complicated by conditioned pathogenic bacteriums. The purpose of these investigations was to study the role of P. multocida and bacterial associants in case of pneumoentheritis of rabbits, and development of remedies of prophylaxis based on protective antigen agents using bacteriological, serological, hematological, biochemical, immunological methods. It is a first time when a method of defining of rabbits that are carriers of pasteurellosis by provocating clinical presentation of signs of disease is theoretically and practically founded; there are developed and approved selective nutrient medium based on a nutrient broth, bioactivating agents of a growth of pasteurellas , aniline stuff ignimbrites of a growth of coccus flora; regimens of inactivations of pasteurellas , staphylococcuses, esherichias and bordetellas with a help of peroxide hydrogen. Scientific newness is confirmed by three declarating patents . There are developed and proposed for the practical usage: documentations that are corresponding to norm "Inactivated vaccine against pasteurellosis of rabbits" (TU U 24.4-00493669-002:2007); method of isolating pasteurellas from the rabbits that are carriers of pasteurellosis and epizootic strains of P. multocіda of serovariants A, D. There are proposed and inculcated in "Recommendations according to the diagnostic of pasteurellosis of animals", "Methodological recommendations according to the diagnostic and organization of antiepizootic measures in case of pathology of rabbits, which are caused by conditioned pathogenic bacteriums" and "Methodological recommendations according to the getting of biomass of pasteurellas in case of stationary and deep cultivation". Field of application - veterinary medicine.
