Essay

Dissertation contains information about the size of relative areas and closeness of immune competent cells of structural components of white mash of spleen: lymphoid knots and periarterial of lymphoid vaginas, which consist of small, middle and large lymphocytes, plasmacytes, macrophages. The size of morphological parameters depends on age of animals. After antigen stimulation change in the lymphoid structures of spleen of all of age groups of animals: the relative areas of lymphoid formations of spleen, and also appropriate phase changes of amount of immune competent cells, are increased in these structures.
