Object of research - chronic obstructive lung disease . The purpose - to increase the efficiency of synglet-oxygen therapy in complex treatment patients with chronic obstructive lung disease. Method of research - spyrography, analysis of condensat expiration air, acid-base and gas consisting of blood. The novelty - for the first time operational effectiveness of synglet-oxygen therapy in complex treatment of patients with COPD was demonstrated. Mathematical and statistical methods were used for processing of the results. The new method of complex threatment patient with COPD wsa proposed. Was demonstraten positive influence of synglet-oxygen therapy on spyrography parameters, acid-base and gas consisting of blood. Area of application - pulmonology.
