Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical substantiation and solves the question of individual anatomical variability of the structure of the sinusus of the DMB and saphenous veins of the upper and lower extremities in a new fachion with a view of experimental development of sinusal-venous plastic repair. The author of this research has established the succession of performing a surgical approach, saphenous vein resection, forming the vein graft, craniotomy in the temporoocciputal area, connecting and placing hermetic sutures after the Carrel suture type.
