Dissertation is devoted to the study of morphofunctional features of development and structure of valves of aorta and pulmonary trunk in ontogenesis by the complex of morphological methods, including immunohistochemical, 146 preparations of valves of aorta and pulmonary trunk are studied. The dynamics of age changes of structures of valves of aorta and pulmonary trunk is first set, the stages of development of valves in prenatal ontogenesis are selected: are first certain intercommunication between the parameters of heart, aorta, pulmonary trunk and their valves with the use of correlation analysis. The age dynamics of changes of parameters of valves of aorta is first set, and also comparative description of changes of parameters of valves of aorta and pulmonary trunk was conducted. The periods of intensive and slow growth of components of valves are certain.
