Oleynikov O. Providing economic security of Ukraine in the context of transnationalisation of high-tech sector of economy

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of estimation influence of TNC activity on economic security of the state and to the substantiation economic policy of Ukraine in the questions of regulation of TNC activities in the high technology sector of economy. New criteria and indexes of economic security of the state in the condition of transnationalisation of world economy are offered, which allowed conducting the complex estimation of threats to the economic security of Ukraine from TNC activity in high technology sector of the Ukrainian economy. Conceptual approaches and recommendation for concordance strategic priorities of the development of Ukrainian high technology sector with interests of TNC are developed, that foresees combination of stimulation norms for attracting TNC with the hard requirements for observance of economic security of the state.
