The object of the research is processes of efficient control in projects of manufacture in the conditions of uncertainty. The aim of the research is increasing efficiency investment project management of manufacture in the conditions of uncertainty. Research methods: mathematical modeling, manycriteria analysis, imitating modeling, fuzzy logic and an expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: mathematical models, information system, programs. The results of the work have been applied in the state enterprise "The Nikolayev sea trading port" (Nikolayev), Open Company "Port Ochakov" (Ochakov).
