The research deals with a study of the anatomical specific characteristics of the pyeloureteral segment at an early stage of human ontogenesis. The most essential results consists in a study of the chronological order of the forming of the topography pyeloureteral segment during the fetal period of ontogenesis, its topographo-anatomical peculiarities in newborns have been investigated, the layer-by-layer structure of the pyeloureteral segment during the perinatal period of ontogenesis has been specified, the specific characteristics of its blood supply and venous outflow have been ascertained, the critical periods of its development have been determined. Detailed graphic reconstructions of pyeloureteral segment of different periods of human prenatal development, expending modern conceptions about the spatial-temporal organization of the structures under study.
