The objekt of research is a administrative decisions in in-formative society. The purpose is the definition of accep-tance of administrative decisions in informative society. The method of research contain complex of philisophical, scien-tific and special methods, providing unity socially-philosophical. Basic results are in: сomparative description of such concepts as "informative society" and "postindustrial society", the base models of optimization of acceptance of administrative decisions are analyzed. Considered and ana-lyzed the methods of optimization of administrative decisions are applicable in modern Ukraine, practical recommendations are offered on optimization of acceptance of administrative decisions in Ukrainian society
