The Dissertation is devoted to the exploration of migrational processes and their influence to the social and economic development of Donbass in 1939-1959.This thesis shows the formation of basic branches of migrational politics and its realization in Donbass, influence to social and economic development and also the condition of the population of this region just before ears. The autor of the thesis exlores the evolution of the state mJRration policy and its consequences for the social and economic development of Donbass in 1950-ies.
